ReviewDesk

Pricing

Three plans, and a price per restaurant after that.

Starter writes the replies and leaves them waiting for you. Basic stops waiting: it posts the good ones itself, tells you the moment a bad one lands, and says honestly whether that one breaks Google’s rules. Pro takes the monthly limit off, writes the removal report for you, and shows how nearby businesses are doing.

Before you ask

The questions we’d ask too.

Will the replies sound like a machine wrote them?
It matters that they do not. Half of consumers say a templated reply makes them unlikely to choose a business — slightly worse than never replying at all. So each one is written for the review in front of it, from what you have told us about your business, and you see every reply to a poor review before it posts.
What if it says something that isn’t true?
It cannot invent an offer. Every reply is held against what you have told us you sell, and anything it cannot find there is rewritten before the reply goes out. Upload a menu on Basic or Pro and every dish on it joins that list, so a reply can only name food you actually serve. The failure we built the check for is a reply promising a free meal nobody agreed to give away.
I already reply to my own reviews.
Then you know what it costs. This does the writing and you still decide. It also catches the ones that land on a Saturday night, while you were working.
I don’t want anything posted without me seeing it.
Turn automatic replies off in your settings and every review waits for you, the good ones included. Either way, nothing on a one, two or three star review is ever posted without you.
Do I have to be a restaurant?
No. Any business with a Google Business Profile works — salons, clinics, trades, shops. Only publishing a menu is restaurant-specific.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. No notice period, no phone call, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Stop writing review replies at midnight.
