What we don’t do
We cannot remove reviews, and we will not claim we can.
Only Google decides whether a review comes down. Where one looks like it breaks Google’s rules, Pro writes the report for you and you submit it. Anyone promising to delete bad reviews is either guessing or lying.
- We don’t promise your rating will go up. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing.
- Every reply is checked before it goes out. It can only name dishes from your menu or dishes the customer named themselves, and it never offers a refund or a free meal on your behalf. You can read and change any of it.
- We won’t help you post fake reviews or report honest ones. That can get a restaurant’s listing removed.
