Terms of Service

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms are between you and APURI STUDIO INC (“we”, “us”). By using ReviewDesk you agree to them.

What the service does

ReviewDesk reads the reviews on your Google Business Profile, drafts replies, alerts you to negative ones, and — with your permission — posts replies on your behalf. Depending on your plan it also publishes your menu, compares you to nearby restaurants, and helps you dispute reviews that may breach Google’s policies.

You authorise us to reply as your business

By connecting your Google Business Profile you authorise us to post replies publicly under your business’s name. Those replies are your business’s words once published, and you are responsible for them.

If you switch on automatic replies for positive reviews, we will post those without asking you first. That is the point of the setting, and you can turn it off at any time. Replies to reviews of three stars or fewer always wait for you.

Every reply we publish is recorded permanently and visible to you.

What we do not promise

We cannot remove reviews, and we do not claim to.

Google decides whether a review comes down. There is no way for us or anyone else to delete a review from your listing. Where we identify a review that may breach Google’s policies, we write the report and you submit it yourself. Google declines the majority of such reports. If you are buying this service expecting reviews to be removed, please do not.

We also make no promise that:

  • your star rating will improve
  • your revenue or number of reviews will increase
  • every reply will be published — Google can reject or delay them
  • AI-drafted text will always be right. You can read and edit every reply before it goes out, and we encourage you to.

Your responsibilities

  • You must own or manage the Google Business Profile you connect, and be authorised to reply on its behalf.
  • The menu details you give us must be accurate. We use them to keep replies truthful, and we publish the prices you confirm.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

What you may not do

Google’s review policies apply to everything published through this service. You may not use ReviewDesk to:

  • write, buy, solicit or post fake reviews
  • report genuine reviews as policy violations in order to have honest criticism removed
  • filter or discourage unhappy customers from leaving reviews (“review gating”)
  • publish harassing, deceptive or unlawful content
  • connect a listing you do not control, or act for a business without its permission

We may suspend or close an account we believe is doing any of these. This is not boilerplate: misuse of review platforms can get a restaurant’s listing removed, and we will not be the tool that causes it.

Payment

  • Starter is $39.99 per month. Pro is $79.99 per month.
  • New accounts get a 14 day free trial. No card is required to start.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your billing settings.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current month, and the service keeps working until the period ends.
  • If a payment fails we will keep the service running while we retry, rather than cutting you off immediately.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Existing subscribers keep their rate until then.

Third party services

The service depends on Google and on other providers listed in our Privacy Policy. If one of them changes, restricts or withdraws access, parts of the service may stop working. We will tell you if that happens and will not charge you for a service we cannot provide.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may close yours with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach the acceptable use section above. On closure we stop replying on your behalf and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Replies already published on Google remain there — we cannot retract them.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or damage to reputation.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We will email you before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
